Each apartment is professionally painted, cleaned and has either carpet/flooring replacement or a professional cleaning. A final walk through prior to receiving keys is done by the Service Manager, along with an additional walk through by the management team to ensure your new home is ready.

Submit a service request through the resident portal, RentCafe. If help is needed, the office will assist in submitting a request.

A resident has the ability to provide identification during office hours for a staff member to give the resident access.


Yes, parking is available in front of the buildings and behind the pool for additional parking.

The Quincy offers a gym, pool table, shuffle board, coffee station, small offices, dog park, pet washing station, corn hole, grills, and pool.

All outdoor utilities are available between the hours of 7:00am-10:00pm.

Online payment through RentCafe.

Yes, if you do not provide your own renters insurance, a policy will be provided through Foxen.

You can use either AT&T or Xfinity.

Yes, if you submit a 60 day notice and pay the termination fee which is one months rent.

Water is billed through us. Electricity is set up through Cobb EMC, you can call during their office hours to set up service.

No utilities are included in the rent. All charges will be listed on your RentCafe account with the amount and the reason for the charge.


There is no public transportation within walking proximity of our property.

Etowah High School, ET Booth Middle School, Clark Creek Elementary School


Our community is located off of Bells Ferry, 1 mile from HWY 92.
